Labelling and packaging criteria

At a glance: Choose a strong box, cushion everything, wrap each item, seal with H-taping, and label it clearly. Your parcel will then be ready to travel.

Shipping on a pallet? Declare it at booking

Enter your pallet dimensions when you book. We'll then only show quotes from carriers that accept palletised freight, so you get the right service at the right price.

Carriers may remove undeclared pallets, which can affect a damage claim. Pallets need tail-lift access for loading, and Parcelhero doesn't provide a lifting or removal service.
